You can initiate an RMA request by contacting Nitek Technical Support by email or phone.  

  1. Call or email Nitek Technical Support to request a Return Material Authorization number and form.  Nitek will forward this form to you.

  1. Follow the instructions on the form, complete the document, and return the form to Nitek.
  2. Nitek will provider a Once an RMA has been requested, Nitek will forward you the Return Material Authorization for to be completed and returned to Nitek.  A phone request is required for an RMA form. 
  3. Nitek will provie Once acquired, the customer must fill it out and return via email. Please reply with assigned copy of RMA form and instructions on where to send the product.  
  4. For damaged and non working devices, Nitek will test and review the returned product(s), identify the cause of the issue, and communicate repair, replace, or return options to the customer.  the product at our discretion, covering costs for shipment. 

Please note: Typical turnaround time is generally five (5) business days.
